This restores the previous version of Kagarino Kirie's workshop addon to their rig of Yuuki_Akane's model prior to the 2019/12/26 change, which currently uses SIMCITY3000SE's[3d.nicovideo.jp]

@rozalin.the.mind.blown Kirie's workshop addon uses a different model, which you could probably tell by the differing file sizes. It's more of a preference thing since some people like myself might still prefer to use Yuuki Akane's model, not to discredit Kirie since s/he makes amazing model rigs.
