Protect that dragon tail from the cold

An addon for my Wingless Draconis mod that takes the Snow Infantry vanilla cosmetic legwear and adds a tail cover to it. Simple mod, maybe for dumb reasons, but I couldn't stand the thought that my dragon character had part of her behind out in the cold like that. This fixes it!

Q: Is it compatible with X mod?
A: Unless there is an item ID conflict, which I doubt, this should be compatible with anything. It does not replace the original legwear but add a new one.

Q: How do I get this legwear?
A: Once you get the original Snow Infantry Leggins, the recipe for the Draconic version should be unlocked for the Sewing Machine. But you can also spawn it. The ID is snowinfantrypantsdragon
