Grenadier Medium WarMech

The Grenadier Medium WarMech. Designed by NuGen Industries and sought to be one of the first designs in the WarMech universe. It is built with a proto-valiant frame which makes it more tankier than the successor models. The Grenadier features 4 weapon systems that it can utilize to attack, the Corolias LMG-4 in the right arm, a Reloadable Rocket Launcher-12 pod in the right shoulder, 2 Reloadable Rocket Launcher-8 pods in both side torsos, and a Ymir Autocannon-8 in the left arm. Each of these weapons provide the Grenadier variable combat performance as they are used in different tasks.

For the technical side, the Grenadier features a Ben Wayde G-60 Reactor along with an auxiliary power supply, 4 small cargo and 3 medium cargo containers, and 12 gyroscopes to move upper torso along with 6 in each leg to stabilize movement. It also features many thrusters for added stability and flying capabilities. The Grenadier can walk, but it was not known to be the most stable when it came to it, thus Grenadier pilots prefer to utilize its thrusters more.

In non-lore terms, this is my first mech I’ve built and I’ve learned a lot through making it, it’s walking isnt at all stable so please keep that in mind, it’s also very top heavy so try facing up as much as possible. More mechs are coming in the future and I have a lot planned.

The Grenadier is also very compatible with the Aegis OI Drop Pod, it’s just a bit tight when entering and exiting. Watch out for that right arm! Otherwise, I hope you enjoy this thing. There aren’t many mechs on the Workshop so I figured I do more and hopefully inspire others to make some of their own as well. Enjoy!
