less initial industry mod (LII)

描述
LII, a little mod that make the amount of initial industry smaller, while it is the opposite of ill!

(Mainly for sandbox mode and no cost mod enabled players)

How to use:
Active it in the mod list page like other mods then you are recommended to go back to the page of world generator to make it regenerate the world for the first time.

Hi, for some odd reason it is in conflict with industry production. Even without sandbox ON, it has the same effect. Or it could be me sub-ing for too many locomotives.

@SisforShinderu The smallest number of initial industry I can make is 2 while I already set the value I changed to 0. So it may unable to turn it off in my way. Sorry for that. :(

@Oldhip The minimum number of initial industry I can set in the vanilla generator are still too large IMHO.

Cant you do this without mods in the generator anyway
