Starter Base

描述
This is meant to be a starter/cheap op/cool base eventually I may make a separate version but with flashing lights for something like a lockdown.
Next will be a separate version possibly no heli pad and no second floor and also a bunker so it is cheaper.
Hopefully under the amount of money you start with so you can spawn it almost instantly.

When I made it basement support was a pain to implement so I did not do that as it would have required modifying files and other stuff. I have not done anything with it cause the game is not on Geforce NOW and it is not worth installing it on a windows computer at the moment.

I am in the process of updating this. Gotta refigure out how to upload it and all that again. And figure out exactly what all i wanted to change
