EU4 Style Ages

This mod brings Ages from Europa Universalis IV to Hearts of Iron IV.

This mod adds 6 ages (3/4 for the vanilla time line (one of them is very late game and might work with a few cold war or modern day mods), 2 before for the timeline of Hearts of Iron IV: The Great War).

Each age has 7 age objectives, fulfilling an objective increases the amount of splendor you gain per day.
Splendor is used to buy age abilities, of which each age has 7 that can be used by any country and 4 that are unique to one country or a group of countries each.
These age abilities grant specific bonuses, if enacted, until the age has ended.

Each age has specific triggers that have to be met for it to begin. The starting age is active from the start of the game, all ages afterwards will start 100 days after the triggers were met.

If a country fulfills at least 3 age objectives in one age, it can start a Golden Age, which will last for 2 years, giving the following bonuses:

• Weekly Stability: +0.20%
  
• Army Organisation: +5.00
  
• Army Speed: +10.00%
  
• Time to Justify a War Goal: -25.00%
  
• Required World Tension to Justify a War Goal: -20.00%
  
• Daily Political Power: +0.50

Each country can activate a Golden Age once per game.

• HOI4 Version: 1.16.*
  
• should be compatible with any DLC or mod
  
  • however there can be problems with mods that remove vanilla content, such as equipment types, ideologies, etc., or that set replace path for the folders this mod uses
    
  • depending on the start dates of other mods some ages might be ignored
    
  • some of the age objectives and abilities in the Pre WW1 and WW1 age are adapted to Hearts of Iron IV: The Great War and might not work properly with other WW1 mods (Great War Redux & Endsieg: Ultimate Victory should work though)

A few graphics and sounds were taken from Europa Universalis IV.
Some old photos were changed and used for the age pictures.
