Please be fair to give it a rating, it only takes 1 click. Also, any feedback would be great.

Here I am proud to give you an update one of my very best tactics (4-1-4-1 Defensive) which I had much success with on my Ajax save. Good defensively, high scoring, possession, and shots. Please be aware that it is a first release, just a straight port from the FM19 game and I will work/update it more over the coming days/weeks, so please be patient and do give me your feedback - have fun!

There are two versions of this tactic, this more defensive one and the more attacking one. The only difference is the Defensive Midfielder has moved up into an Attacking Midfielder role.

TIPS / Q&A
- As always fullbacks are important as well as the IF (left and right).
- I use an aggressive team talk to encourage my squad, it works for me :P
- Things will get way better upon the team being more familiar with the tactic.
- I have the match instructions done by the assistant, the same goes for the team training.

Submitted using 20.2.3 game version. (working fine with current game version)

@andre - I can not guarantee that. It has worked well for me, yes. But it all depends on the team and opposition at that moment. It could work well, but then fail sometimes, not all tactics even in the real world are 100% foolproof.

@'Corei - yes I have though I don't usually use this one, I use the more attacking one as I like to play attacking football, I only use this one big away games on stronger teams and it has worked so far even with the new patch.

Did you try with the latest patch? I tried with FC Porto and Valencia not good results
