how do you get the generic artifact?

I'm trying to get the chibi that is Cherufe, but am unable to do so, it's not recognising the wyvern eggs as what it needs. Does anyone know what it needs? I've tried spawning the chibi in but am unable to do so

I personally think it makes sense to make it cost an artifact. It feels like something you should only unlock once you've progressed through the game a bit. I wish more mod authors considered balance a bit as well(without going overboard). Thanks for not making this cost something too cheap like thatch or something else stupid. Just my 2 cents.
