描述
California bungalow is a style of residential bungalow architecture that was popular across the United States, Australia and New Zealand from around 1910 to 1939.

These are a L3 residential and Growable. The roofs make use of the color mapping texture so you will see more variants than the one pictured.
Stats are in the 4th picture

There are currently 8 being release see the collection above, with more variants

Hey mate, these look awesome!

Are these just plopables? Ive added these to a theme and included them in a district, these however will not grow.

The apartments will in your other set just not these?

I have those. It was still just a brown patch to start. But no worries it eventually "grew".

Use plop the growables, move it and find it so you can just plop it down instead of having to wait for it grow
