Gar Saxon was a Mandalorian human male who served as a commander of the Mandalorian super commandos in Darth Maul's Shadow Collective during the Clone Wars and later as Imperial Viceroy and Governor of his homeworld of Mandalore during the reign of the Galactic Empire.

The Imperial Super Commandos were Mandalorian warriors loyal to the Galactic Empire whose masterful combat skills were eclipsed only by their ruthlessness. They were led by Gar Saxon, the Imperial Viceroy of Mandalore. Under the leadership of Saxon, the Imperial Super Commandos acted as elite enforcers for the Empire.

It is a playermodel, it just can't be accessed through the playermodel menu. You'll have to put it on using a mod called ULX with a ulx command to change your model. This was meant for a multiplayer gmod starwarsrp at the time, but it can still be used in single player if you have a mod to change your playermodel.
