This mod turns the Blade of Woe into something people might use.

Enchantments:
Keeps the 10 health absorb
Paralyzes for one second
Soul traps for one second

Item:
Damage doubled
Double speed

I recommend using this with Sneak Tools: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19447, to give your paralyze a great advantage for throat slitting.

on youtube people review their mods and i see them pull out this list with all the modded items. do u know what that is? Im new to skyrim

Its the same blade of woe, just changed stats, but if you want to spawn it in, click `, then type in woe, and click page up until you find WEAP: "Blade of Woe:" {whatever the id is)

The Blade of Woe is the top base damage dagger in the game. With the 30x damage fron the shrouded gloves and the sneak perks, there is no reason to make it even more powerful.
