Soft Diplomacy Deny Sound

Game have an issue with "negative" diplomacy sound - it's too loud, much louder than any other sound in the game. So, it constantly tears your ears and you can't make it sound softer without silencing all other game. Which is annoying especially when playing with headphones and trying different diplomacy options.

This mod will make "deny sound" less louder while proposing anything to NPC in the negotiation diplomacy screen.
Instead of standard "negative" sound, mod replace it with "player leave" sound (which is negative enough, but soft and melodical).
