Extra Tuning Options

This mod aims to give more options and variety out of all the existing tuning parts the game has to offer, without actually adding any fully new ones.
So far, these new options are added:
Spectran: -Ability to put on the lightbar/flashlight with the two tuning sidekits
-Ability to remove the lightbar/flashlight, but not the plastic trim
Buster: -Ability to remove the stock spoiler
Bornbad: -Ability to put on the "Revolver" (hood scoop) and "Stormrider" (roof scoop) at once
Ironhorze: -Ability to put on the two hood mods without the chrome grill
-Seperated the exhausts from the "Performance" tuning section, and added them to "Rear Bumpers"
Judge: -Seperated the "KIZZ MY AZZ" lights from "Performance" section, and added them to "Rear Bumpers"
Wrecker: -Seperated the exhaust and bullbars from "Performance" and "Crashpower" respectively, and have put them in "Front Bumper", "Rear Bumper" and "Rear Wings"

The list may be expanded if new ideas come to my mind.

Sadly I had to modify some original game files for this, (specifically Ironhorze, Wrecker and Judge files) which means it may not be compatible with all mods.
But so far, these are confirmed working with it, and fit the aim of this mod, so I recommend: (though watch out, using all those mods together may cause interference)
-Apachee & Firespitter Targa
-Individual License Plates
-Custom License Plates mod (though, this will hide some parts due to the amount of plates this mod adds)
-Painted Roof for Firespitter
