List of characters:
Row 1: Ratchet & Clank, Adam Jensen, Aqua
Row 2: Depressing Cloud, Juri Han, Luigi, Phoenix Wright
Row 3: Luigi (Strikers), Saxton Hale, Storm Troopher, Storm Trooper (Sand)

All contain custom sounds for their voice. Both Luigis have different sounds as well.
