Will the mod work if i just had the event that unlock the first CC quest?

I add this mod on week 19 and it works, you just need to get forced event.

Tried this out with a new game but event still triggered for some reason. What file does this mod edit/play with?

It's been a while @von_das but IIRC it drops the priority to zero and makes the event happen way after 100 weeks.
