This weapon replacement is of the inarguably best Left 4 Dead 1 Common Infected Variant "common_female01 : common_female_suit_head_01". Now you can use her knowledge in the office to beat up other infected! Not sure if this is a workplace violation, but who cares, everyone's a zombie anyways!
