Will it ever be possible to fix Louis' tail? It does this weird glitch and get stuck in place and stretches out.

He yo dude, could you make a Louis Calhoun (Barney Half Life 2) Player model? Or maybe respond/tell me how to rig models to the Source engine so I could make it?
