Duck's Map Overhaul Modpack

描述
This is a custom modpack containing the mods I use for all my playthroughs. It does not have a particular theme, it simply is the combination I deem most enjoyable and which I felt was worth sharing.



- The physical terrain (land only) is taken from Isaiah's Graphical Map Improvements.

- All other maps and textures are from Kryo's Theatrum Orbis Terrarum.

- Theatrum Orbis Terrarum add-ons used: Even More Opacity, Blue Water, Deep Blue Water, Dark Borders, Dynamic Borders, White Map Font and Golden Map Font.

Water colour and font colour can be changed by extracting the .zips found in the mod folder (do "extract here" and not "extract in folder"!)

All the credits go to the original authors of the mods!

It's really pretty, only I can't see naval zones with this on, whilst you can with the default map. Is there an easy way for me to remove the water part of this?

@Steelchill Oh yes, they are in the mod! If you mean in which folder, they are in /gfx/fonts and /map/terrain, respectively.

Btw, something else you could probably add to the description is that it is compatible with Anbennar's map.

@Duck @Angelic_Burrito Thanks guys, I deleted those files but somehow the outline still remains. I appreciate the help because this mod is the pinnacle of eu4 map mods, me and my homies still all run duckmap with anbennar tho it's worth it even with the outline.

Thanks @Angelic Burrito for identifying the problem for Jaeke! For some reason I still can't get my local mod (the one in Documents) to work on my client. I have probably messed up some files at some point in time and ruined the local build; I'll try to download it from Steam and copy that into the local files.

@Jaeke — Delete the 5 "colormap_x.dds" files in 'map/terrain/'. The "colormap_water.dds" one specifically is probably causing the outline of the European coast on the land.
I'd recommend backing up the mod folder beforehand, though, in case you still want to use this full mod with vanilla or with some other mods that DON'T change the map.
