I would give them 5 stars but three things annoy me.
1) their ordering system, where you have to go in and choose to skip a meal. I know that it’s so people will actually look at the menus and order more often, but if you forget you get a box you didn’t necessarily want for that week.
2) trying to cancel is unnecessarily difficult. There’s no unsubscribe button. You actually have to email/chat and ASK someone to unsubscribe you. REALLY? Wow. Again, I get it. Keeps more people subscribed and potentially ordering, but come on.
3) my delivery people keep leaving my order in my neighbours porch, despite instructions to take it back to mine.
