描述
This mod will add the witch class and a new pet.

Two unique witch classes to play with:

The Witcher - Male, inspired by the iconic game "the witcher" is an elemental sword wielding mage of sorts with emphasis on sword combat and sustainability.

The Witch - Female, a witch from the nether-realm, focusing on dark arts, and tentacle tenacity.

And... A new pet! The Witch Doll!

The Witch doll comes complete with unique sound effects and 3 appearances to choose from!

Credits to torchlight 2 for providing the platform "torchlight 2 guts" for me to express my creativity, http://www.thewitcher.com/ and "the nethermancers mod"

fixed bugs
removed spells and respec potion from blacksmith vendor
removed witch step sound effect from female witch class

Note: There is an xp potion available from the merchant which is intended for testing purposes 'only', using the xp potion will cause you gain bonus xp of 100% to 1000% for a period of time.

The xp potion will be removed in the next patch.

hang on, if i read this right, the class mechanics change according to gender? sounds pretty nifty.

If you havent played the witcher games, you should. They are freaking amazing. Plus they were just on sale. Bought them for a friend witcher 1 and 2 for 3 bucks.

In all honesty I have never played any of the witcher games but I jsut downloaded this mod since it was in a collection pack I found and got to say this is actually a pretty amazing class. It kind of makes me want to check out the games now lol.

In one of the endings on The Witcher 3 Ciri does actually become a witcheress. Thought I could just bring that up. And I'm assuming that she underwent the trial of grasses because otherwise she couldn't exactly be a witcheress now could she.

Demonskunk; im affraid that there has never been a female witcher in the lore tied to The Witcher, one girl was trained in Kaer Morhen (Ciri) but she never underwent the "trial of grasses" and the necessary mutations, so in this aspect the mod is actually "lore friendly"

Don't be fooled - on paper the male witch looks like the better magic-melee fighter but it's the female witch who can fight & slash monsters with a two-handed great sword or polearm and dark magic with deadly effect. Her skills & talents just mesh together better than the male version. For some reason the male witch feels more squishy.

One of the best class mods out there.

Why are the classes gender locked? Witchers can be male and female, and Witches can be male, they're typicalyl called Witchdoctors or Warlocks.

it shows up as witch as both sexes.

the witcher class is the male version. (when you choose male you are the witcher, when you choose female you are the witch)

the witcher class is not showing up, it only shows up with the witch class on both sexes. so i havent been able to try the Witcher. i do not know if they share the same class name or not...
