描述
My take on Dio using sprites from JoJo: HFTF.

Move list:
Side special: Dio throws 9 knifes.
- Slow start up
- Is frozen during timestop

Down special: Summons The World which follows Dio when idle. It has 3 attacks controlled by the strong attack button.
- Down special while The World is active teleports The World instead

Neutral special: Stops time for a few seconds
- Has a long startup
- Can only be used when stand is close to Dio
- Has a 5 second cooldown after use as well as after enemies' death


Known bugs:
- The timestop visual effect goes in front of enemies while Dio is attacking
- When Dio hits a character while the they are parrying during timestop, the next hit is also a parry no matter what state the character is in.
- Enemies are able to turn around during timestop

Anyone else not able to use dio's stand or smash attacks?

even with the broken jump sprite, or the fact how neutural air and up air is the same sprite, this is a really cool character, I always loved HFTF, and how the combos worked or all the characters and their moveset.

why does the world intantly turn around sometimes when you try to use forward smash?

I love this dio, its the only one that has an actual functioning stand that isnt just an attack thats a part of him. He should be a bit smaller and have a better moveset with his light attacks so he can do more "smooth" combos cause rn hes kinda useless without his stand

You can restart the timestop cooldown by attacking with the world and then teleporting it back, also i think that cooldown for timestop should be longer as well as the startup, maybe make the knife startup faster and the timestop cooldown longer?

I found 2 bugs while playing DIO vs DIO

1. If both DIO stops time at the same time the time stop move will repeat itself multiple times (the move repeated itself 6 times for me)

2. A DIO that can't move because of another DIO time stop can still attack with his stand if it was already out.

best DIO in the workshop, good job bro, i enjoy a lot, the only sugestion could be adding a support to super smash buddy, is really cool you can make DIO 9 seconds time stop or road roller with it, also make loonger cooldown on time stop and make it a second longer :)
