Elite NPC

This mod includes :
- Elite NPC equipped with Ancient Samurai Armour and edgewalker or meitou grade weapons roaming around somewhere in the world
- Escaped Paladins will join escaped servants squad. They are deserters of holy nation army.
- Fogmen squad will have fogman heavy as leader
- Some characters have different dialogue (mostly recruit dialogue)
- Vagrant Bandit squad will have some new characters : Karate Vagrant and Hobo Ninja
- Large pack of Starving Bandit squad will have some Hungry bandit Elites
- Hungry bandit leader can equip different weapon : katana, topper
- Starving bandits and Starving vagrants will share the same spawn point
