being able to drive doesnt mean you are especially skilled
look at empress for example, she is a literal racing driver, that is the level of skill that wheelman implies

Ha, isn't there is a meme about Agent 47 is good in everything but shooting, because of shooting in Hitman never was really good.

ICA operatives are trained in EVERYTHING. 47 is good at everything, that's why his contracts command such a high fee.

You are talking about a guy who survived many situations even without agency help (eg. Absolution) and a guy who has repeatedly shown to be a versatile driver in situations when he does (Hitman Contracts and Blood Money).

Note how he has no problem escaping in a variety of vehicles even in modern day Hitman 2.
