I just let you notice that since you "Split Day of Infamy to separate engine build (#36)" cf: https://github.com/alliedmodders/metamod-source/commit/1f0124d49967515d32cad21a37c2404
anything above 1098 build comes with broken sm panel admin unable to close properly on both linux (ubuntu 18.04 lts for vps rented tested only) & windows (7 pro here for dedicated server tested only) distribution.
You can also notice if you emulate environment that beacon effect is missing as well of sound effect and other misc sound for menu pressing selection.
even this autoexec.cfg didn t helped:
