[VJ] Max Payne 3 Tropa Z SNPCs

Includes:
1 Tropa Z model from the game (well its actually 3, but the only difference are the textures), ported by me

Voices from the game, each NPC will have 1 of 7 voices (They only have 5 voices in-game, 3 of them suck, so i reused 5 Comando Sombra voices on them)
They are on the "Tropa Z" tab

1 NPC:
Tropa Z (60 Health, 75 If they spawn with a vest. PT92, AK-47, Micro Uzi, M500, .38 Revolver, Double Barrel)

6 New NPC weapons:
.38 Revolver
PT92
AK-47
M500
Double barrel
Micro Uzi

They have a friendly fire issue, you can fix it by downloading: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=351603470
Then enabling "No damage to NPCs with neutral relationship"

The Tropa Z is a criminal faction from São Paulo in Max Payne 3, you fight about 40 of them during chapter 7 before fighting the Comando Sombra and after fighting the Filhos de Ogum (another criminal faction)
