There aren't too many apartment complexes in the workshop, so I thought I would design one inspired by an apartment complex in the southwest.

@Jensoo Glad you like it! I’ll get some more screen shots together for future assets. I’ve got a few different styles of buildings I’m working on right now, but intend on adding to this style by adding a clubhouse and main office at some point soon, as well as variations on this structure. Thanks for the feedback!
