maybe because you put the DoomShotgun_T.utx into the animation folder, because it is a texture, its wrong in the desc. above

It doesn't show up in the shop even though I put the code in ServerPerks. Any idea why?

you just have to have server perk mod installed or you can also activate it as a mutator
