After the wars of 2023, cities and businesses started rebuilding themselves. with most of the population still recovering from poverty, not everyone had the money to afford a car. what the cities needed was free public transportation. KAT corps, still recovering from their war machine phase, decided they needed to take a step where no one else would and made the Lochlady, a light, fast, and cheap vehicle with a medium amount of passenger space

Pros: light, fast, and cheap in construction

Cons: a large open area of basic blocks making it a large target, and has no armor or weaponry
