Food Supply Tooltips

Adds data to the Information Screen for food sources such as Plants and Critters showing how much food they can supply to a colony per cycle based on their current growth and reproduction rates. Also adds rate statistics to the calorie tracker to show the rate of food production and consumption in the current cycle, previous cycle, and the average of the last 5 cycles.

• Displays the rate of food production on Plants and Critters accounting for their current status, including happy or glum, wild or tame, wilted, overcrowded, cramped, and Farmer's Touch.
  
• Critter production includes the need for one egg to hatch normally in order to replace the critter when it dies.
  
• All food products and derivatives which use the products of the selected Plant or Critter are shown, with the rates assuming that the other required ingredients for that food are always available.
  
• Adds summary data for the current cycle, previous cycle, and 5 cycle average of calorie production and consumption, including all sources such as cooking, critter consumption, and spoilage.
