Ultra Railgun (with c_hands)

A rework from the Ultras railgun addon which is a recreation of the Quake 3 Railgun with a couple of fixes.

Findable under Weapons Tab-->Other-->Ultra Rail Gun

LeftMouseClick=Fire Dissolving Beam (math.huge DMG)
RightMouseHold=ACOG Scope

stuff that i've fixed;
-Beam Effect
-Fire sound
-Hands
-Viewmodel disappearing on fire
-Worldmodel (took me 25 remodel attempts with crowbar)
-Laughable low damage
-Killicon
-Beam Damagetype
-Killing every previous hit player without aiming at them
-Long Cooldown
-Not being restricted to admin only
-Scope
-Crosshair
-Ammo (uses now AR2 balls as fuel)
-Impact Effect
-Recoil Force

ConVars:
-ultrarailgun_dissolveradius 32 - Radius from impact to dissolve entities
-ultrarailgun_recoilforce 250 - With how much force a shot jolts you back
-ultrarailgun_splashdamageradius 32 - Dissolve damage type radius
-ultrarailgun_splashdamageradiationradius 64 - Radiation damage type radius
-ultrarailgun_usefancyegonbeam 1 - Set this to 0 if firing the weapon crashes your game
-ultrarailgun_zoom 10 - How much the view should zoom in when in ACOG Scope
(don't set this one to 0 or your game might crash)
