Canadian Expeditionary Force [PGW/RF1]

Ah yes, yet another slightly altered doughboy skin, the Canadian Expeditionary Force! Seriously though, my next few skins will hopefully be a bit different.

This mod contains Early War and Late War versions of the CEF.

Next skin will either be ANZAC Forces or the Indian Expeditionary Force, I haven't decided yet.
