Neo Bowser City from Mario Kart 7/8 (Mainly based from the 7 version)

UPDATE: Legacy version of Neo Bowser City combining the old Neo Bowser City and Neo Bowser City (B) stages to be the Basic and Aether modes.

I am very thankful you kept this version. The newer lags for me so at least having a good enough Neo Bowser City is great. :)

@Trimint123. Yeah, is actually surprisingly easy to make different versions of a map combined into one single stage thanks to the "Aether" feature in the stage editor.
