Cold Stream 2011 dogwater edition

I am experiencing the same problem in exit safe, even if I can press button E a hundred times on the walkie talkie, this is really strange, I have played this map many times in the past and this error did not occur then.Can this error be fixed somehow?

on the last map, am unable to exit the safe room. radio not working

nvm found him (sort of), he's on the weird deck thing on the house before the junkyard nobody ever goes on. for some reason he's invisible
