This mod adds Health points percentage (25, 50, 75) markers to target bars.

Naw I was just too stupid back then to realise that the markers are only a ruler, but would be cool if it was possible to section all hp bars of the heros and enemys like the stress bar.

The health point markers stay the same for me, no matter how many hp the enemy has.

@msfcatlover it replaces only friend/foe target bars. Current charescter's bar is animated and doesn't affected by this mod.

Its pretty neat to get all that information quickly, but I more like it for the way it looks, it makes the hp bars seem a bit more...intense so to speak.
