[BNW] Senshi's Hungary (Miklos Horthy)

Adds the Kingdom of Hungary, under Regent Miklos Horthy, to the game!

Bled Agreement: Unit Production increased in all cities for the duration of a Peace Treaty. When a city is captured, all nearby Hungarian cities gain a burst of Production and expand to claim nearby tiles.

Zrinyi: Slightly more expensive to produce than the Anti-Tank Gun it replaces, the Zrinyi is unlocked earlier, at Combustion. In addition, it has a greatly increased movement speed and receives an increased flanking bonus for each adjacent enemy unit at the beginning of the turn.

Héja: Weaker than the Fighter it replaces, the Héja begins with additional Experience if trained during peacetime. In times of peace, Cities additionally receive +1 Local Happiness for each Héja stationed within them.
