I have a incomplete Luffy character in here but I kinda stopped making it, if someone seems interested in finishing him I can share it

Any one know where i can get either luffy or katakuri sprites ive been meaning to put them in rivals but i knew to all this

i was thinking of making vivi but seems really hard

I was a bit sceptical to download this since from the images he seemed rather small since he wasn't rescaled. I get it Chopper is a small guy, (atleast in his Brain Point form) but even then he is way too small. Even though I was sceptical I downloaded him, because Chopper is my favourite One Piece character, but I'm pretty disappointed. I hoped that aside from his size he might work and look good, but not really for the most part...sadly. His sprites are moving around in the animation itself, offsets are all over the place, the animations should have way more frames, especially due to the fact that they are from Gigant Battle 2 and the way they are implemented they look pretty choppy and he seems to be a Sandbert clone....
