@premier69 -- It's a regular (growable) building. The quickest way to tell if a building is growable is by looking directly underneath the asset picture in the upper right side panel. In this case it's listed as " Building, Residential, Residential High" which means it's a growable. An asset listed as "Building, Unique Building" means it's a unique building, but it may have RICO settings that will change it to something else if you're using the Ploppable RICO Revisited mod. Buildings that have RICO settings by the author typically list what the settings are in the description.
