[Obsolete] The 'Beagle' Small Shunter Renovated (300T)

Significant cabin overhaul using custom train parts. Special thanks to Xaerthus for (among many things) the diagonal train windows.

This is an update and redecoration of the 'Beagle' small shunter https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1842909707. Because the new glass, bogie frames and advanced engines significantly increase its material cost (important if it serves as the starter locomotive in survival), I've decided to make it a separate blueprint instead of just updating the old one.

New features:
- stronger engines doubling the tractive effort
- glass windows
- the frame adapted to the new 'standard' of couplers and buffers placement
- heavier frame significantly increases the stability and eliminates the wheelslip
- ladders for easier access from the ground level
- more compact and stabler rotating operator's seat

Performance profile:
- max. speed: 180km/h
- train pulling: 50t average speed 28km/h, max speed 35km/h
- shunting (+/-3%): 100t
- shunting (flat): 300t (5km/h)
