Disable Reactor Placement

This will keep the reactor hidden from those mods that try to force the reactor to be buildable, like The Weapon Pack 101 and others do.

You can copy the hell out of this mod.

[...] use it, break it, fix it, trash it, change it, mail—upgrade it,
charge it, point it, zoom it, press it, snap it, work it, [...] erase it...
I don't care in the slightest. GL;HF.

Just, please, don't hurt the reactors.
