The Division WarrenGate Emergency Workhorse Stepvan

I like Tom Clancy's The Division, so i always want to make something based on this game in Cities Skylines.
I decide to make the WarrenGate company vehicles pack, because there are no any NYC-fitting maintenance vehicles in workshop. WarrenGate is seems to be based on real life ConEd utilities, working around NYC, so - every vehicle in this pack is close to real vehicle from ConEd fleet.
This pack also have "ChirpGate" text instead of "WarrenGate" for fitting in any city.

Step Vans are a type of light-duty and medium-duty truck created for local deliveries to residences and businesses. They are designed to be driven either sitting down or standing up, and often provide easy access between the driver and goods, hence the name "Walk-In Delivery" van. They are taller than full-size vans, but can have wheelbases that are shorter than these models or longer.

This is emergency unit. They responding to critical situations in NYC gas/sewer/electricity system and may work with FDNY if this is necessary.

This is work like a road maintenance vehicle, so Snowfall must be active.

Original model made by Ninjanoobslayer. I just made the reskin for it.
