Sydney Terraces 2 [DEPRECATED]

描述
Update: Building Variations mod no longer works - I have re-released Terraces 1-3 here

This is the second in my series trying to capture Sydney's terraces. As I mentioned last time, unlike terraces in many other cities, Sydney's overheated housing market sees streets of structurally identical buildings bloom into all sorts of renovations as investors buy them, dress them up and flip them. These are based off a street in Waterloo.

This item includes two low residential growables - Sydney Terrace 2a and Sydney Terrace 2b. Each share four building variations, which swap out the roof, some backyard elements and the front fence. You will need the Building Variations mod to use the alternatives. Combining all these configurations you can get 32 slightly different versions of the same building! (Note: each building has a different default variation so if you choose not to subscribe to Building Variations you could still squeeze 8 configurations from this 🙂)

No props are included in this item - vanilla or otherwise. Do your own decorating! Following feedback on the first terrace, they also include no fencing or tiles in the backyard.

Each of the buildings use the same texture, and each of the variation submeshes also use the same shared texture, so LSM should be used! The variation submeshes also share their LOD textures.

Main mesh
405-417 tris / 116 LOD
2048x512

Submesh (variations)
271-424 tris / 67-127 LOD
1024x256 (256x64 LOD)

Thanks! Yeah they clearly didn't start that way, but just all happened to add a loft, as you say probably around the same time. From real estate listings the windows are quite high up in the upstairs bedroom, it's like a skylight.

Great work yet again! I found the street in Waterloo that you copied. I'd love to know how almost an entire street of very old single story terraces, ended up with what looks like late 60's roofs - I think theyre called shed style.
