Cannibal Weapon Crafting

This mod adds new research and blueprints to craft the weapons added by Cannibals Expanded and makes small changes to how the armor research works.

There is now a level 1 tech called "Cannibal Crafting Techniques" unlocks the weapon and armor smithing branches.

Cannibal Plate Armor now has three levels; Level 1 unlocks Cannibal Light Plate, Level 2 Unlocks Medium Plate and the leggings and shoes, and Level 3 unlocks Heavy and Spiked Heavy armor.

Cannibal Weapon Smithing is a new research with three levels; Level 1 unlocks the Meat Hook and Spiked Mace, Level 2 the Head Lopper, and Level 3 the Grand Meat Hammer.

There is a new Cannibal unit based on the Tenderizer called "Cannibal Beater" that may appear in some squads carrying a weapon blueprint.

Cannibal armor blueprints can sometimes be found with other cannibal treasure.
