Classic 8-Bit Mario Soundpack

Replaces specific sounds in Left 4 Dead 2 with sounds from the first Super Mario Bros. for the NES.
The following sounds are modded:
- Coin pickup sound plays whenever you save a survivor, kill a special infected or damage a survivor as a special infected. (Replaces the *Ding!*)
- 1up sound will play when you use a health kit and occasionally when you save a survivor.
- Brick smash sound now replaces Charger's punches, slams and wall hits.
- 'Mario Jump' SFX play when the Hunter pounces around. (Both Big Mario and Little Mario jump sounds)
- 'Stomp' SFX plays when you inject Adrenaline.
- 'Stomp' SFX when you land from any distance further than a normal jump.
- Mario's Fireball sound plays with all automatic firearms that are currently using fire bullet rounds.
- Power-up sound will play when you pick up fire bullet rounds.
- Power-up sound plays when picking up any item.
- 'Kick' SFX will play as a pipebomb bounces.
- 'Fireworks' SFX plays when a pipebomb explodes.
- 'Bump' SFX plays when you shove any infected or any other survivor.
- Mario's death tune plays when you die as a survivor, followed by the default l4d death music.
- 'Vine Growing' for all of the Smoker tongue SFX.
- 'Stage Clear' tune plays when you make it to the Saferoom as survivor. (L4D2 maps exclusively)
- 'Bowser's Fire' SFX for the Molotov fire/general fire sounds.
