Usage:
Parent 2 "Sock" particles transforms to each foot
Parent the "Root" particle's transform to rootTransform
Parent the "Pelvis" particle's transform to the Pelvis bone
After that be sure that they don't have their own movement ( both the control point and the transform )

Make sure to reset the timeline when you spawn them ( go to 0 and then back to your time )

Are you having trouble making them show up?

I just learned that unless you unparent the particle from the moving model (applying the motion to the particle itself) right before exporting, this particle won't work with posters. Even after unparenting, sometimes the trail is about a frame behind its control paint.
