@tomb: Thank you for the feedback. I know the textures are far from perfect and I'm working on it. I want to add the Evita portraits and the radio mast in a future version, as well as the shield over the door. The statues of the corners are out of my modelling skills.

@Niesso: Great first model, thank you for posting! I was not familiar with the M.O.P., what a great building. Did you model the massing on the back of it? It has an interesting light well and stepped setbacks. Please post more views of your model next time. Also, you may want to use one of the alternate LUT's in the workshop or the DayLight Classic mod to clean up the yellow look. The MOP is concrete, right? See if you can find some mottled concrete textures to give it some contrast. Are you going to do the Evita portraits for the top? Would look great, but please also release a version without the portraits, so the bldg is usable in any city. Same for the radio mast. I like that you did not try to model the MOP shield over the door, just left it "generic" But if your modeling skill as are up to it, this building has some very amazing statues at the corners. Anyway, what a great model - both unique and generic (can be used in any city) at the same time. Congrats, and hope to see more!
