Important
If the mod crashes your game or doesn't work at all and you're playing on the newest patch (Re-Elected) you need to switch the game version. Go to your Steam Library > Right Click on Saints Row IV > Properties > Betas > and select sriv_legacy. Sadly I'm unable to update the mod to work with Re-Elected version. People who released Re-Elected patch messed something up in the game's code so it breaks some of the mods. Thank you and sorry for the problems.

@𝓐𝓭𝓶𝓲𝔁𝓸𝓷: I did as you said. I switched to sriv and it works fine, but unfortunately the game keeps crashing to the desktop without any warning and when I enter the game, information about the need to download content pops up. Do you know how to fix it?
PS: If I have more questions, can I contact you in Polish?

Sometimes if you enter water with this cape on it will [for some reason] make it disappear requiring you to re-equip it
