Novum Vexillum - Canada

This is a submod of Novum Vexillum that enhances Canada
Again, I did this for myself but I figured some other people might also enjoy it.

What it changes :

- Add events to Canada major political parties (Liberal, Conservative and NDP) that will make changes to the current leader according to what happened in real life.

- Adds new equipment name and icons for a lot of canadian technologies. Some icons are assets from the mod "Beautiful tech tree : Millenium dawn", that I used with the permission of the author

- Adds new divions icons for Canada. I took assets from "Canadian Redux". I take no credit for any of the icons, since all I did what integrate them in my mods.

- Changes camo of canadian troops that are visible when using "MD reskin mod", explaning the dependency

- Edit typos of commander names and changed portrait of some of them.

- Adds a huge amount of Canadian town and cities available for ship names, Major towns and small towns are separated into 2 different categories to allow better name sorting between capital ships and screens



I do not claim that this mod is historically accurate, I am no expert in canadian politics and I took a lot of liberties at naming equipment since the Canadian Armed Forces equipment is rather limited

There might be bugs or typos, please let me know if you find them.

I am also open to suggestion for new events or to modify events I made to make them more accurate. Same goes for equipment name.
