Arachne Race CE Patch (for CE 1.5 and before)

A compatibility patch for Arachne race and Combat Extended.

This is my first CE patch, so I'm pretty sure I missed a thing or two and balance is probably off, but it works ;)

This is the "legacy" version that is compatible with Combat Extended 1.5 and the Combat extended FastTrack Edition (until it is also updated.)
