Jungle Sniper 1: Stranded

描述
WW3 has begun! China has declared war on the US and it's allies. Greece is currently occupied by the Chinese. The US have inserted at the Greek island of Altis and have been met with strong Chinese resistance. The battle for Greece has started. You are one half of a US Sniper team that lost radio contact before being unable to make exfil.
You are stranded. Deep behind enemy lines. Can you escape? Fate is in your hands!

*Take it slowly. Stay in stealth mode and remain undetected at all times. Make every shot count. Utilize your spotter to make coordinated attacks to drop 2 enemies at once. Control your spotter's behaviour to avoid being spotted by enemies. There are some different guns, suppressors, scopes and ammo available in one of the small huts being guarded.

I didn't get very far and lost interest. It felt like there were two snipers every 100 meters, scattered like a minefield in the forest. The own weapon without silencer, ensures that you - once you have found a good position - 50:50 also gets a bullet in the head by return from somewhere else, if you fire a shot. Shooting gallery for masochists. No tactical approach - purely a matter of luck. Immersion doesn't come up there (for me). But it has good rating so it's worth a try for one or the other.

Wow, thanks for the comments guys! I have neglected this mission for a while now due to working odd hours that didn't really allow me to game much and getting a new Mrs. which obviously takes up a lot of my time but I've recently got a new job and once I stop working my second job in a couple of weeks I'll be able to get back to much more gaming. Would love to give this mission an update and add some immersion etc. In the meantime, give Jungle Sniper 2 a go which I spent countless hours adding immersive content like recording custom radio chatter etc.
I also have a really cool flying mission/game that never saw the light of day before I stopped gaming but I've spent far too many hours on it to not let people play it so hopefully I can get these out very soon! Cheers! :-)

[Continued] Although, I confess I do quite enjoy the trek, knowing all the way that WW3 just started and the world is just about ready to go that unpleasant place once more, but even so, music, even ambient music, combined with the battlefield explosions sfx can make such a trek and overall experience that much more memorable. This is simply honest criticism. I can only hope for a "Regular" or "Veteran" mode improvement-addon sometime in the future. As for the positives and in spite of all these things, "Jungle Sniper 1: Stranded" is challenging and fun enough to sustain itself, both atmospherically, in design and realism, and helps to greatly understand what its like to be under a military sniper profession. Absolutely still remains in the top five scenarios for ARMA 3, one'll ever play.
