上水道があまり整備されていない地区に水道(井戸小屋)と下水(浄化槽)を供給します。

■メモ(Memo)
本物は、井戸ポンプと浄化槽のブロワに電源が必要ですが、ゲーム性を重視して不要としました。
もちろん、浄化槽に道路接続とゴミ処理車を必要としません。
自分で街を作ろうとしたときに、この施設があったら便利かな？と思って作成しました。
細かい配置が求められるため、マニア向けのプロップセット
配置数が多くなるため、テクスチャはかなり小さいです。
